Retired Concord Police Chief and Concord Assistant Manager Merl Hamilton spends most of his days now as a private investigator trained by the FBI. When not sleuthing, he enjoys time with his family –wife Susanne, his college sweetheart to whom he has been married for 35 years, and his daughter Sarah, a schoolteacher. Merl loves nearly every kind of music, from Dean Martin to Tupac. His DFTA dance partner is Susan Jenio. Susan taught, performed and competed professionally for eight years with the Fred Astaire Dance Studio.
